We started our car search with an internet inquiry to check price and availability for a new Elantra. When Leo informed us that our car was ready we set a time to meet him and finalize the deal. Upon arriving at the dealership our expectations were exceeded. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of fuel. He gave us all the time we wanted to test it out and look it over. It was configured exactly as described via email and only had 8 miles on it. The paperwork process was the most relaxing car buying experience I have ever had. The numbers where exactly what we had agreed to in our emails, NO surprises or hidden fees! Leo even stuck to his trade-in value on our car that he gave us just based on our email description of the vehicle. After the paperwork was all signed, Leo gave us a tour of their service and parts department and then helped us settle into our new car. He took the plates off our old car for us, made sure we knew how to work everything in our new car and even paired up our phone for Bluetooth operation!
