The whole process including the trade took less than three hours. This was the first time I was shown the service department. At finance I met DJ who also had major knowledge of the Hyundai products which he explained in great detail and had all the paperwork ready and it was so easy. I can't believe what a great experience buying my new Sonata SE Turbo was. Leo was so professional and accommodating. Even I was surprised by the color I decided on. Looking at a screen or book is a lot different than seeing the colors up close. I never felt any pressure and he never tried to push me towards one car over another. I will tell everyone I know, that buying a car from Leo is like shopping with your best friend. He is honest, listens intently to what you like and don't like and works hard to get you the best deal possible. The loan process and paperwork was also quick and easy.
