Having little credit history since I am a young college student, he worked diligently to try and get me financed for my very first new car. He was professional, eloquent and diligent in his endeavors to try and get me the best choices of the cars that I wanted, at the best prices possible considering my financial situation. The whole process was so much better than the stories I usually hear from first time car-buying; there was no pressure to make unwanted decisions and I was well communicated to and had full control over all the things I wanted in my new car. Finally, the purchase transaction was also smooth and not the least bit stressful, as Richardo laid out additional options that could be purchased at the lowest price he could offer them. We purchased our first Hyundai at another dealership and looked there again this time. They were unable to match Arapahoe's price this time around, however, and the experience was just a bit better in many ways this time, as well.
