Tommy Ryu was a pleasure to work with. I had been to a number of dealerships and at one the sales person lost a potential sale and at another the dealership lost a potential sale. Ray stayed consistent to the end of the month offer and other information that we discussed over the phone before our in person visit. He was also the first (and only person) that greeted us as we approach other information that we discussed over the phone before our in person visit. As far as the purchase of the new vehicle, Ray seemed to be very knowledgeable about both Hyundai models that we were considering. He allowed us the opportunity to look around in a relaxed mode that made us more comfortable. He didn't try to sway us one way or the other but instead gave us the details about each vehicle in a way that was informative so that we could make an informed decision. From start to finish, Ray treated us as though we were the only customers there. He did not allow any distractions to take him away from the commitment that he had made to us as customers. At one point we were unable to come to an agreement on the value of our trade in. So we left and decided we were going to elsewhere to purchase a new vehicle, but Ray tracked us down and emphasized his desire to try and make it work for us. He seems to be a man of his word and passionate about his job. He seems humble and not afraid to work hard to get a win/win for the dealership and the customer. We had seen addendum's and other bogus deals at other Hyundai dealerships. So we were a little leary about buying a Hyundai...but Ray redeemed Hyundai in our eyes, and because of this experience we are considering purchasing a second Hyundai in the near future. On a dealer lookup, I saw that they were getting the EXACT car I wanted in. I am located 450 miles away in ABQ, NM and never have done an out of state deal before, so I was very nervous. Before I continue, let me say finding arapahoe was the BEST accident that ever happened. When I called to inquire about the vehicle being shipped I got Antoine on the phone. He was SUPER helpful and not pushy at all. He was up front with me and answered every question I had with ease about my trade, purchasing out of state, the price of the car, etc. After a couple days of questions back and forth, I had the paperwork started on my new car with my local Credit Union. Arapahoe made it MUCH easier and stress free than I could have ever imagined. I eventually got in contact with Derek Edwards (Sales Manager I believe) who was just as helpful as Antoine. He didn't try pushing extra accessories on me or anything. Pretty much reviewed the paper work on both ends and we were done!! Derek called me almost exactly when the car arrived to let me know it was ready to pick up. This is around the time I was introduced to Eric Risch (because derek would be gone by time I made it there from ABQ and Antoine was out) With normal dealerships, it would be a nightmare to deal with one person in sales, much less three. NOT the case with Arapahoe. It was a pleasure dealing with EVERYONE involved that helped me through the buying process. Eric was right there to greet me when I got to the dealership and helpful right from the getgo. He had me in the dealership, helped get my trade in verified and back on the road to NM within 40 minutes!! He even got my 5 year old some crayons and paper to keep him occupied! Before I left, he also quickly showed me how to work everything in the car (he knew I was in a hurry) and that was it! I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle from start to finish, especially buying out of state. When I bought my last vehicle in town, the salesman were very pushy and rude, not to mention I spent SIX hours at the dealership with my family before all was said and done. Another GREAT positive to this dealer is their VERY fair MSRP pricing. Every other dealership I have seen is demanding 1500-3000$ markup on this car and at Arapahoe they didn't even TRY to get me to pay over MSRP. My wife and I recently went to Arapahoe Hyundai to potentially purchase/lease a new vehicle. We were uncertain as to whether or not we wanted an Elantra or a Sonata. After working with Eugine Kim, we made our decision to lease a 2013 Sonata GLS with the popular equipment package. We are very pleased with our decision and Mr. Kim was very professional and patient. We previously had met him last year when we were looking at a Veracruz, but decided against the vehicle, not because of the service, but because of the gas mileage. We came back knowing that we would recent top-notch service, which is exactly what happened. We visited Mr. Kim over the course of 2 days and due to his excellent service, decided to lease the Sonata. We will definetely service our vehicle there as well as purchase/lease all future vehicles.
