I visited Arapahoe Hyundai to test-drive a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata that was featured in the company's newspaper ad. After several phone conversations, I had scheduled an appointment with Rod Khasawneh Hyundai Sonata that was featured in the company's newspaper ad. After several phone conversations, I had scheduled an appointment with Rod Khasawneh . I was pleasantly surprised that the 4-cylinder Sonata was comparable in power to my 2006 Sonata V6. Rod was very helpful in explaining the options for lease or purchase. After some negotiations related mainly to the value of my car as a trade (I had done some research on Craig's List and edmunds.com), we reached an agreement and I purchased the new car for a price I considered fair and competitive. Although I had planned to shop at other Hyundai dealers, I was convinced that I would not find a better value. What impressed me most was that Rod accepted my description of my 2006 Sonata and negotiated a trade-in price without ever seeing my car! I would strongly recommend shopping for a Hyundai at Arapahoe Hyundai and working with Rod. More

We had been scarred by the back and forth haggling and "battle-like process", which took three days, when we bought are last vehicle. This time was completely different. I submitted an inquiry online asking for a price quote on a Sonata. Leo quickly responded with attractive purchase prices for a couple of different Sonata models. After I described our intention to lease and what specific terms ($0 down and all taxes/fees) we wanted included in our price qoute, Leo once again quickly responded with an attractive price quote which included all taxes and fees. Can u believe that the price he quoted us in the second email was exactly the price we paid!? For once, there were no suprises, no hidden fees, no pressure, and most of all, no b.s. We finally met a car salesman who was a straight shooter! As an added bonus, Leo was a pleasure to deal with in person. He was very friendly and personable while accommadating all of our needs. He made us feel so comfortable, in fact, that when I was unable to hang around for the last 30 minutes of paperwork because of work obligations, I had no worries about leaving my wife there alone to finish the deal. I later found that Leo didn't try to push any unwanted add-ons to the deal and was very helpful in showing my wife how to work all the functions of the new vehicle.
