if i could rate a 6 i would. put in car i wanted into edmunds and an hour later eugene e mailed me saying he had a white or blue elantra coupe with a manual transmission with the price total and differen edmunds and an hour later eugene e mailed me saying he had a white or blue elantra coupe with a manual transmission with the price total and different financing options. ten emails later went up to denver, 55 miles away, 90 minutes later drove the car home. price quoted was what i paid. actually 50 cents less per month, same down-payment and bill, the finance guy got me a cheaper apr so i got windshield, dent and ding insurance thrown in for nothing. probably a good idea in colorado. i sold my old car at 1 pm and eugene drove down and picked me up at 2 pm, left the dealer before 5...this is the way car buying should be. total lack of bs. totally recommend these guys. not only was it rather pleasant. i think i saved 3 thousand bucks as i got 1000 internet discount and 500 because i was from the springs. the local dealer loaded a lesser car with 1300 bucks of stuff i didn't want and no discounts. I had a very unique experience with Eugene. This guy pulled out all the stops and did everything he could to get me the exact 2013 Elantra GT that I wanted. Unfortunately, due to the recent release and pulled out all the stops and did everything he could to get me the exact 2013 Elantra GT that I wanted. Unfortunately, due to the recent release and limited inventory in Colorado, we were unable to find the configuration I wanted. This, of course, is not Eugene's fault, it just seems as though Hyundai has limited the allocation and doesn't entertain specific orders of this vehicle to Colorado. As I said he did as much as he could, which was much more than any other car salesperson I've ever dealt with. As much as this was frustrating for both Eugene and I, he remained very courteous throughout the search. I am actually disappointed that we couldn't get the deal to move forward, once again not his fault. If I, or anyone I know are in the market for a Hyundai, I would strongly suggest they speak with Eugene! More
Patrick developed a trust relationship with us very quickly. This is significant as I am very wary of sales people in general. I came into Arapahoe because I had an unreliable used Land Rover and was extremly upside down in the loan. I ended up leasing a brand new 2012 Santa Fe. I may be paying a bit more than I would like but trading for the newer car with almost no maintenace should help offset my 3 to 4,000 dollar yearly maintenace and higher fuel cost. Tommy was also very helpful and took alot of time to show me around my new vehicle! Over all I would choose this dealership again solely on their customer service. More

I purchased a 2010 used car. 1. Gas tank was less than 1/8 full! I took it to Jeep for an inspection and the following was found: -window washing reservoir was empty -coolant level almost empty -b 1/8 full! I took it to Jeep for an inspection and the following was found: -window washing reservoir was empty -coolant level almost empty -brake fluid below minimum acceptable level - oil needed to be changed - air filter needed to be changed - brake pads need to be replaced Not a good service for a 25k purchase. One would at least think minor service would be attended to! The sales guy Lou was amazing! More
