Eric Risch was a very good salesman to work with, very professional and friendly. I bought a 99 ISUZU RODEO with 75,000 miles on it. On the way to his college the engine check light came on, downloaded computer showed had fuel problem and bad oxygen sensor. Eric told me to bring the vehicle back and they would fix the problem de to this is an emission failure. I made an inquiry via the Arapahoe Hyundai website inquiring about a 2013 Sonata with the popular equipment package with Homelink. Leo Zombek called and he said didn't have any in stock but that he w inquiring about a 2013 Sonata with the popular equipment package with Homelink. Leo Zombek called and he said didn't have any in stock but that he would check on coming inventory. He found one with the color I wanted that was scheduled to arrive in about 10 days. He quoted me a price over the phone that was about $2500 below MSRP. When I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase, Leo was very nice and confirmed the price offered to me over the phone and we completed the purchase transaction. Leo also offered me some dealer add-ons like window tinting and clear bra but did not pressure me to buy these. I declined to buy any of the dealer add-ons but liked the way he demonstrated them to me. The whole purchase experience was good and I highly recommend this dealership. Great job Arapahoe Hyundai. You have a great product to sell and professional courteous staff that make the buying experience pleasant. I will recommend this dealership to others. More
