I brought my car back a few days later to get the windows tinted and a clear bar installed. Although I dropped the car off at 8:00 and got a ride back to work (which I appreciated) at 4:00 my car was still not ready. I waited at the service dept. and was not too happy since they said they would have the car completed by 3:00 when I got off work. I waited until 5:00 when they finally had it done. With that being said, Mike (service manager) helped me out with a question I had about connecting my ipod, and Kevin was extremely helpful with setting up my bluetooth and answered many additional questions I had about the sound system. So even though I had to wait I did appreciate their helping me out and being friendly at the same time. More

I had been in the market for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and visited A Hyundai dealership to view one they had on their lot. I went to the wrong location but while I was there was able to see the new Santa and visited A Hyundai dealership to view one they had on their lot. I went to the wrong location but while I was there was able to see the new Santa Fe. Was very impressed with it's style and gas mileage. I came home and got on line to show my wife. She was also immpressed. It just so happens that my wife works at US Bank and has a customer refered to as Mr. Z. He told her to go to Araphoe Hyundai and ask for David Junior. After a very warm welcome he said he would start putting together figures for the Santa Fe and our trade in. He then got us together with Diane for a test drive. Diane was very knowlegable of the Santa Fe even though it was new and had alot of features.After our test drive we knew we wanted the Santa Fe, it was just a matter of color and how we wanted to finance.When those decissions were made called Diane and made it happen. After getting to the dealership Diane greated me and we started the process.While waiting for the finance Diane went thru all the features and info.I got there just after 2 others were getting finance so it took a little while. During this time I enjoyed sharing some family memories with Diane. I then went to financing and can not remember the young man I dealt with. He also was very professonal and felt very comfortable dealing with him. I think this is the first time in my life that I did not have some form of buyers remorse. eugene Kim was amazing! I emailed him after looking at the new Hyundai Tucson. He immediately emailed me back with a lot of information on the different models I could choose from.
