Eugene knew I was seeking a 2013 Accent with the Premium Package for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. I had visited earlier in the month, but the available base model Accent was lacking the features that Package for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. I had visited earlier in the month, but the available base model Accent was lacking the features that were important to us. Last night I received a notification from Eugene that the vehicle we wanted just arrived in their inventory, and we scheduled an appointment for today to test drive. The Accent was exactly as described and we had negotiated the price the night before. Knowing from my previous Santa Fe purchase 6 weeks earlier just how fast Arapahoe Hyundai inventory turns over, I never let go of the keys after the test drive, and purchased the vehicle on the spot. From test drive to purchase the entire process consumed only 1.5 hours, and I will drive our new Accent home tonight (2 weeks early for my daughter's birthday). Although I may not be in the market for a new vehicle for quite awhile, when the time comes, Arapahoe Hyundai will be my dealer of choice. Contacted the dealership via the internet. Leo Zombek contacted me. He was very low-pressure and helped me zero in on the car that best fit what I was looking for: the new 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD. I contacted me. He was very low-pressure and helped me zero in on the car that best fit what I was looking for: the new 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD. I ended up with a great deal on the purchase and trade-in of my existing vehicle. I worked with Ricardo Renteria in finance who was also great to work with. He got me a slightly better rate than I had with USAA. Had to drop the new Santa Fe off for window tinting and clear bra along with the ECP treatment. The service department was very helpful and courteous. The work was performed as promised. All-in-all, this was the best dealership I've worked with. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a Hyundai. If not, you should probably check out the Hyundai models that compete with what you're looking at. I was really surprised at the quality and performance of the new Santa Fe. The others I drove and considered were the Acura RDX, Subaru Outback, and the Honda CRV (obviously a step down, but in price as well). Even the RDX didn't match the performance of the Santa Fe, although it did have a couple of features the Santa Fe does not - memory driver seat and power tailgate. Of course the RDX doesn't have a panoramic moonroof and it costs significantly more similarly equipped. More

Additionally, all of the guys who work in the Service Department are always friendly and courteous. It is a great pleasure to work with the team at Arapahoe Hyundai. Mr. Eugene Kim is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! He helped me achieve an unbelievable rate on my new lease on a brand new 2013 Sonata. He worked with another manager to get the best available option for me within my asking budget. I could not have asked for a better representative and would recommend Mr. Eugene Kim to anyone who is considering a new Hyundai. I have been serviced at other Hyundai dealers, but this dealer is definitely the most helpful and most outstanding in customer service. He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai and knew the ins and outs of the car, and because he did try to upsell me on every piece of equipment, it was my choice what model I chose. I still bought the highest package because the car sold itself, if more dealers took this approach, they would sell more cars!! He also did not cut down or belittle other dealerships or car make or models to try to make his inventory or equipment seem better and I appreciated that very much because it was not my experience at other dealers. They traded a car for me to get exactly what I wanted but then let me take a few days when I got scared about making the wrong color choice. A big thanks to Ricardo as well for giving me the time and space I needed before signing on the final dotted line. I am a big fan of Arapahoe Hyundai and their patience and kindness in helping me make a big financial decision. I most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Hyundai. More

I made 7 trips to their dealership for window tint and left the same way i arrived 7 trips earlier no window tint and a damaged car!. I took time off of work to go back and forth with my car, i put on 14 left the same way i arrived 7 trips earlier no window tint and a damaged car!. I took time off of work to go back and forth with my car, i put on 140 miles on 2 of my cars plus gas on 2 cars.Every time i collected my car it was trashed with glue on the seats foot prints on the pannels and seats, with drip marks all over the place,so i had to scrub my car 4 times due to the lack of respect of your employees,Then your employees damaged both door panels on my wifes 2013 car beyond repair, so they also had to be replaced. David does not care about the customer, the compensation David felt was adaquate was 6 gallons of gas. Really? 7 trips and the damage. Wow take care of your customer. Stay away from this dealer there are many other Hyundai dealers who will treat you with respect. More
