This is my second Hyundai, I own a SantaFe Sport now and my wife owns a Tucson both bougth from this dealer. I hate buying a new car. There is nothiung but B.S and run around. I worked with Leo and only Leo. I have to say that Diane and DJ were the two best sales and finance individuals that I have had the chance to work with. I came in on Friday (Black Friday) with no intention of buying a car (just pricing o and finance individuals that I have had the chance to work with. I came in on Friday (Black Friday) with no intention of buying a car (just pricing out my leased trade in. After talking to Diane she convinced me that if I stayed for another 45 minutes that she could have me approved, through finance and out the door in that time frame. She was true to her word, including putting me with DJ in finance, who was one of the nicest and thorough finance individuals that I have ever met. You have a great team and should commend these two individuals. One other word - in the time that we were there and had a new car, there were individuals that had been there for more than 2+ hours. I know that they wondered how we got out so quickly...and I almost shared with them that they should have worked with Diane and DJ, but I didn't want to upset the other sales reps. Food for thought. I would buy a car more often if it only took 45 minutes to 1 hour...and that is why I will always go back to Diane. More

After having a bad experience with a dealer in my area, I called Arapahoe Hyundai and spoke with John. He was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. I made the trip from Ft. Mike helped me since John was not there yet. Mike showed me around to the cars that I had asked to see and did not try to get me to look at something else or out of my price range. He explained everything that I was looking at and made it easy when it came to the deal. I wasn't forced into anything I did not want. I test drove the car and Mike had shown me things about the car that I was not aware of. When it came to signing the paperwork everything was explained thoroughly. After signing the paperwork John showed me everything on the car and even set up my phone for the Bluetooth. Everyone that I dealt with was able to converse with me about things other than trying to just sell me a car. I am extremely happy with my experience at Arapahoe Hyundai. More
