We had inquired about a specific car via the VIN and not only did Leo greet us warmly and with familiarity, he literally had the keys in his pocket (so that it wouldn't be sold in the interim). That may seem like a trivial detail, but it is indicative of the way that Leo worked with us: he treated us with care and respect, and valued what we were(n't) looking for that day. We are from Colorado Springs and were looking to lease a 2013 Elantra. On a whim, we sent an email to this dealer just to ask for a quote. We called the Hyundai dealer in the Springs to ask if they could offer us anything similar, and they told us the offer was outrageous, that it couldn't be matched, and that the Arapahoe dealership was including rebates we wouldn't even be eligible for. We drove up to the Arapahoe dealership just to see if the deal was for real, expecting there to be some catch. We test drove, talked through everything, even took a tour of the maintenance department--but there was still no catch! Leo kept telling us we didn't need to be skeptical; he said, "That's not how we do business." Sure enough, he followed through! We got exactly the killer deal he had emailed to us in the first place. He was super nice, we felt very comfortable working with him, he was not pushy at all. Overall, it was an awesome experience and totally worth the drive.
