I had been trying to work with another Hyundai dealership and was not happy. When I called Arapahoe Hyundai and spoke to Eric Risch he assured me that he would beat the price of the other dealership, and he and was not happy. Tommy was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sale us something that we didn't want. This is our 2nd visit to Arapahoe Hyundai, we bought a car from Leo a couple years ago and he was very pleasant to work with, no pressure very easy going and worked us a good deal. We recently came back to trade our car in for a new model and of course we asked for Leo, once again he came though for us and got us a great deal. I think even if the vehicle would have cost more than another dealership I would have still gone with Leo and Arapahoe Hyundai just for the fact of the way they treat us, they make the car buying experience very pleasant. Thanks to Leo and the Arapahoe Hyundai staff we know where we'll be buying our cars for years to come. More
I knew about this dealership from the business my family had done with them in the past. My father bought his 2012 Elantra from Eugene and when I started looking for a new car he highly suggested I go to Ar had done with them in the past. After shopping online, looking through lease specials, features, and all the options I had available, we contacted Eugene via e-mail about setting me up with a new 2013 Elantra lease. Eugene was quick to respond, responding at all hours of the day and night almost instantly, being extremely helpful walking me through the steps we needed to take for financing and for my trade in. What I expected to be a couple week long process only took a few days. After getting approved for financing, which the dealership had to fight for because my credit is less than stellar, the guys of Arapahoe Hyundai managed to meet my budget and got me a brand new Elantra. When we arrived at the dealership with my trade in, we were greeted instantly and very kindly. They held the door open for us and got Eugene for us right away. Everyone around looked happy to be there and were very open to answer questions. Eugene had already picked out a pearl white Elantra and had it waiting for me with a Reserved sign on it with my name. Though he showed me other color options, I was happy with the pearl white. Eugene let us take it out for a spin, and I was sold. They gave me a great deal on my trade in, because it as well was in less than stellar condition. And all around, the guys worked their tails off to get everything I needed to make the lease happen. Bill from the finance department wasn't pushy, and was very easy to deal with when we turned down additional add-ons and features. They understood my budgeting and continued being extremely friendly, despite losing that extra money. The paperwork was very easy to understand, and I knew exactly what I was signing. While we did all the paperwork, the service department detailed the car for me so it looked gorgeous. Eugene introduced me to the service department where I plan on doing all of my servicing for the lease. They were extremely friendly and talkative, and offer a courtesy vehicle free of charge if I ever need to drop my car off and get to work. After all was said and done, Eugene took the time to walk me through the features of the car, and even helped sync my phone to the Bluetooth built into the car. He described how to use the radio settings, XM radio which I get free for 90 days, and walked me through each part of the engine top to bottom. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, respectful, and not pushy at all. It's obvious why this dealership is one of the highest selling in the state. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Hyundai! More
