We have been shopping around for an Elantra for over a month. We've had only prices that were too high. Mr. Kim contacted me online asking what we were looking for. We met Mr. Kim, the online specialist, and he showed us the exact car we were looking for. Other locations were willing to offer us 2500 off the sticker price. His online and extra discounts, military, college grad, etc. were close to 2000 more off the sticker. I idid some initial paperwork and then my daughter and I went for a quick bite. We came back 30 minitues later and the paperwork was all done. Everything was approved. DJ Lawson walked us through the paperwork and we were out of his office in under 20 minutes. Mr. Kim then brought my daughter out to the car and walked her through all the technology. It was the best experience I've every had buying a car and I am over 50. My wife and I were looking to purchase a new or certified pre-owned car to replace a vehicle that had become somewhat unreliable. I had done some research on the internet via cars.com and autotrader.com so pre-owned car to replace a vehicle that had become somewhat unreliable. I had done some research on the internet via cars.com and autotrader.com so I had a reasonably good idea regarding the type of car we wanted and the approximate price. My belief was that we would not be able to get all the options we wanted for the price we were willing to spend unless it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. However we wanted under 15K miles on a pre-owned vehicle so our chances were not good of finding one with the options we wanted. Working with Antione was a real pleasure. He took the time to look at the certified pre-owned Sonata's on the lot. Once we verified there were none with as low mileage that we wanted, we started looking at the 2012's and 2013's. Antione patiently went through the cars in inventory with the options/color we were inerested in. We took a couple of cars for a test drive to see how they rode as well as see the difference between the turbo and standard engine options. He discussed the current discount/financing options and gave us good advice regarding which was better for us (we were able to confirm this during the purchase conclusion by comparing interest on the loan vs. the discount amount). Antoine found us the car we wanted in the color we wanted with all the options we wanted (it was a demo) at a price better than I expected based on my research I had done. He found several discounts including a military service discount. So basically we got the exact car we wanted for less than we expected to pay. Arapahoe Hyundia then gave us a fair price on our trade in based on the values I had checked on-line. After the purchase was complete, Antione finished off by demonstrating all the features of the car including setting up our cell phones in the cars blue tooth system. He also went through our old car and found some CD's that were in our old car's stereo that we forgot to take out. It was a fabulous expierince and I strongly reccomend both Antione and Arapahoe Hyundai. More

We talked about the vehicle and I took it for a test drive. Then Jarrod got my credit set up for me and in less than 4 hours from the time of the first email I sent, I was driving home in a nice, clean, good-running vehicle. The experience was quick (would have been quicker if I had been pre-approved, mind you) and painless. There was no push to get me into a more expensive vehicle, and nothing but expertise and friendliness from everyone I talked with. These guys are great and I can see why they are generally ranked so high. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
