He was tolerant, knowledgable and there was a no-gimmick nature about him. Mike is a good man and this dealership would be stupid to ever lose him by their will. Long story short I got a great deal, it's a great dealership that concentrates on the customers' needs and I am overall a happy gal in my new 2013 Elantra. More

Be careful when you buy a used car from them that is not a hyundai. They sold me a car and it had a bent rim. Absolutely no resolution. They would not do anything. Eugene Kim was by far the best internet manager I have worked with in my many years of buying cars. He is committed to making the car buying experience painless. His attitude prior to, and during the sale was unhurried, very sincere and friendly. Eugene could answer every question I had about the car, performance, mileage and costs. He is honest and tells the positives and negatives about vehicles. The price I was offered was not only fair, but beat the other metro area Hyuandai dealers by almost 10%. I would recommend Eugene to anyone. Our only negative (and very negative) experience was with Finance Director Bill Surina. As Eugene was patiently explaining how the vehicle and options worked, Bill rudely interupted us and I said, "come on Eugene, we need to get this done." Not only was he unprofessional, but once he found out I wasn't interested in purchasing add-ons and protection packages, his original tepid attitude was reduced to frank rudeness and obvious dissatisfaction. I inquired about purchasing service packages at a later time and he never gave me a straight answer to what time frame I had to make a decision. He made both my wife and I very uncomfortable. Had I not had such a postive experience with Eugene, I would have walked out and went to another dealer. More

I saw Araphoe Hyundai's Hybrid sale on the web, went in Saturday morning under a time constraint. Leo met me at the door, got me to the car I wanted, and even though he was working with 2 other people, in Saturday morning under a time constraint. Leo met me at the door, got me to the car I wanted, and even though he was working with 2 other people, got me in and out in 2 1/2 hours when I said I needed to get going by 1.
