Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from Arapahoe Hyundai and we have recommended friends that have purchased 2 others. In the past we always has a positive experience with them. We leased a new 2013 Santa Fe from them (we love the car) and decided to have the EPT or whatever its called put on. This was a disaster, the car smelled like chemicals, it looked horrible after being done. The sales manager worked with us to get it fixed as best they could but it was still not good. There was a small hangup with some paperwork and supposedly they tried to contact us to let us know but we did not receive any calls that we are aware of from them. As a result when we went to register the car we discovered that we couldn't due to the paperwork hangup. Once this was fixed we went to register it again and were informed that the dealer had not contact our insurance company in any way with information on the new vehicle, which they have always done in the past. Basically we have had a very poor experience this time around and will not likely be going back to Arapahoe Hyundai nor will we be recommending them to anyone again. As for the EPT treatment, DON'T get it, it will ruin a brand new car. More

We are very pleased with the great service we received from Leo Zombek Arapahoe Hyundai's Internet Manager. Leo went above and beyond to help us locate the color we were looking for with the style package we wanted to the point that he personally picked up the car and drove it back to Arapahoe Hyundai. He was very personable and knowledgable about the Elantra GT we purchased going over all the controls and helping us set everything up and introducing us to the service department. He also informed us that they would provide us with a loaner car upon request when we bring our GT in for service. We love our new German designed Hyundai Elantra GT with style package its fun to drive, roomy, economical 37 mpg hwy, has a very cool panoramic sun roof, high safety rating even a knee air bag, and does just about everything but drive itself, as my son would say it's real Sweet. We've already had many complements on how sharp looking it is. Mr Zombek made our purchase a very pleasant no pressure experience the best we have ever had purchasing a car. We looked for cars for over two months. We were frustrated with the high mileage/high priced used cars that we were seeing everywhere we went. On Tuesday, we started looking for NEW cars. Eric Risch helped us. He was knowledeable, helpful and very direct in giving us the facts. He was very clear about rebates and discounts. We took a test drive and bought a car that day!!! An additional note: other dealers tried to avoid quoting an actual price; they would focus on monthly payments and other things but not the price. I received a prompt reply from Eugene Kim at Arapahoe, complete with several vehicles and all of the options/rebates available. Stock and VIN's were included with each. I corresponded with Eugene for approximately three weeks regarding two specific vehicles. Over that entire three week time period I have yet to receive any vehicle offers from the other three dealerships (Shortline, Spradley, and Phil Long). Needless to say, Arapahoe got my business. Once I was able to make the hour drive from Colorado Springs to Centennial, an appointment was set with Eugene. I arrived and Eugene had already pulled the car from the lot for the test drive. The vehicle was already prepped for delivery. The pricing/rebates/financing we discussed via emails were exactly what I received. Absolutely no surprises. In fact, the monthly payments were within $3.00 of what I had calculated and had been setting aside since August! All facets of the sale and vehicle delivery were top-notch.
