I purchased a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Arapahoe Hyundai on April 30, 2013. I worked with both Ray and Tony Saccomano who are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. This was by Arapahoe Hyundai on April 30, 2013. I worked with both Ray and Tony Saccomano who are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any sales associates when purchasing a new vehicle. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted for an unbelievable price. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and we worked everything out over the telephone haggle free. After that, all I had to do was go into the dealership and sign the paperwork. The process was fast, easy, convenient, and hassle free. I love the car and am extremely happy with the price. I literally paid thousands less at Arapahoe Hyundai than the quotes I received from other Hyundai Dealerships (McDonald and Shortline). I will purchase my next Hyundai at Arapahoe Hyundai from Ray and Tony. They definitely exceeded my expectations. My overall experience was great to say the least. More

Interenet sales set up through cars.com/cars direct, only had to "bargain" once for best price under dealer invoice. Ok trade in value on previous car, fair enough for dealer wholesale (I'd have done bett had to "bargain" once for best price under dealer invoice. Ok trade in value on previous car, fair enough for dealer wholesale (I'd have done better with private sale but that is the price of convenience and no hassle). Leo Zombek was salesperson and very helpful actually. This was not a bad sales experience at all. I would do business there again. More
Overall had a great experience going to Arapahoe Hyundai. My visit was extremely efficient and they offered a very reasonable price for my trade. No big hassling going back and forth. I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from this dealership. The vehicle is in great condition and everything runs well. When I arrived home with the car I tried to lock it using the key remote I dealership. The vehicle is in great condition and everything runs well. When I arrived home with the car I tried to lock it using the key remote I had been given and it didn't work. I assumed it was a battery and went out and bought one immediately. I learned how to reprogram the remote via the internet and attempted to do so when I realized the remote that they had given me was not even the right remote for the car. The remote was for a Toyota sedan, not a minivan. When I called to explain what had happened, in hopes that the dealer would be able to locate me the correct remote, I was told that it was my problem, not theirs and that I would have to find and purchase one of my own. Here is why I am angry about this: Each time I was brought the car (for the test drive, after purchase), it was running, keys in the ignition. My salesman who had brought me the car, had to have known that the key fob didn't work when he brought me the car, and didn't bother to tell me that. Even as I was walking away from the vehicle after the test drive, I realized I hadn't locked the car and turned around to do so. I pressed the lock button on the remote and it didn't work but I assumed I was just too far away. The salesman saw me attempting to lock it as I walked back toward the vehicle and said, "Don't worry about locking the car," probably because he knew that it wasn't going to work and didn't want me to realize that the fob was broken. When I called and told him I was upset because someone had to have known that it didn't work, he told me that he knew it didn't work. I was angry that he knew it was a problem and never mentioned it to me. Key fobs are not cheap, and I would have taken this into account or asked them to find one for me before I purchased the vehicle. I think I deserved an honest upfront answer about the key fob and am incredibly disappointed that it was passed off as working, knowing that it didn't. Maybe this isn't a big deal to some, but I am always honest in my dealings and I expect others to be the same. If someone would have said, "The key fob doesn't work," then it would be a completely different ball game because I would have been given the decency of an upfront honest approach. I would have known there was a problem and I would have been prepared that it may be more than just the battery. I asked to speak with the general manager just so that I could speak my peace. I left him a message explaining my thoughts and feelings. I was not rude, I tried to keep my cool, but I needed him to know that I thought it was handled poorly and he needed to speak with his employees about being up front and honest. I left him my information, but did not hear back immediately. I did some research and was able to find a used key fob on eBay for $25. One from the manufacturer would have cost me upwards of $160. I went ahead and purchased the $25 fob because I hadn't heard back from the dealership. Two days later, I heard from the GM. He was very nice and apologized that things panned out the way that they did. He offered to give me a free oil change which would cover the cost of the key fob that I had purchased from eBay. We had a nice conversation and I feel better about things now, even though I still wish it had happened differently from the start. Overall, I would recommend this dealer. If you're purchasing a used vehicle, go through things thoroughly on your own before committing to buying and don't forget to check the key fob! :) More

I came to Arapahoe Hyundai with apprehension. One thing I can not stand to do is the work of getting a car. Antoine made it easy on my nerves . He let me test drive the different vehicles that I was consider can not stand to do is the work of getting a car. Antoine made it easy on my nerves . He let me test drive the different vehicles that I was considering with no pressure. Even let me do an extended drive with the one I was really considering to see if it would easily take on a steep grade that I drive to get home. Thanks Antoine!!! Oh and thank you for showing me how everything works :). More
