He was honest and up-front about costs and fees throughout the entire process, when we finished our deal there were no surprises at all. I had a lengthy issue with my credit bureau as I tried to resolve a credit report issue and Eugene was very patient and flexible with us, he was not demanding or pushy at all. In the end he gave us a great deal and we were completely satisfied with our entire experience. We did not really interact with many other Arapahoe Hyundai employees but we always felt welcome and comfortable when we visited the dealer. We did NOT expect to purchase a new car. Eric was the reason we did. He seemed genuinely interested in making the experience something easy, no-pressure, even friend-making. We drove away without temporary tags and had to come back (was not Eric's responsibility). 2. The car info states the tires should be filled to 32 psi. The car rode rough and I found they were filled to almost 40 psi. 3. The car pulls to the left and the wheel is not centered (may relate and may also relate to uneven/over-inflated tires - but I doubt it). What bothers me - your dealership did not have our car in inventory, so someone drove our car to your dealership. Why didn't anyone notice during that drive? We bought the car without driving it - we just drove a demonstrator. This is NOT what I normally do - I guess I trusted your dealership, based on our experience with Eric. More

His lease rate was over a $110 a month less when compared to one of the others and his purchase price finance rate was 5% less that another dealer.
