This is the second car we have bought from this dealership and both times we had a good experience. We actually moved a fair distance from the dealership after our first purchase, but returned to dealership and both times we had a good experience. Staff are extremely friendly, and Leo, who assisted us was thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. We also have never experienced high pressure at this dealership, so the car purchase experience feels good, and we've always been happy with the results. We have owned our first Hyundai, a Sonata, for four years and the car has performed flawlessly. The vehicle we just purchased is a Santa Fe Limited AWD and it has very good consumer reviews, and has a great feel from behind the wheel, from the passenger side, and the second row heated leather bucket seats. Diane, my salesperson, was exceptional. She's very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. She kept her word on all commitments made. She beat ever other Hyundai in the Denver metro area by over $600 for the same vehicle and options - and we negotiated the deal framework over the phone before I went into the dealership. Her post purchase and delivery customer service has also been exceptional. I have appreciated her calls to be sure I was getting familiar and comfortable with operating the many features that came with the vehicle. My experience with Diane was great. I would have rated my overall experience with the dealership as 5 stars, rather than the 4 I gave, only because of what occurred during the final paperwork processing. I felt repeated pressure by the fiance manager (not Diane) to purchase extended warranties etc. while processing the paperwork. Even after telling him I was not interested he still pressed me to consider purchasing them and asked me to tell him why I didn't want them. After a second "not interested" we moved on and completed the paperwork. I must add that, to his credit, he did give me a very good price on a window tint and clear bra bundle. Kudos to Diane and Arapahoe Hyundai for a great deal on a terrific car !!! More

He was knowledgeable and very efficient. He answered all of out financial questions and had us out of there in a reasonable amount of time.
