Update: I had to edit my review. Three months after I purchased my car, Arapahoe Hyundai still has not acquired the title from the previous owner's bank. I found this out after taking the day off from work to register my car at the DMV, a day which was wasted. Two weeks later, still no progress. How many temporary tags will I have to go through, how many follow up phone calls will I have to make before this gets done? This is supposed to be an automatic process. It was great working with Leo at Arapahoe Hyundai. I went to the dealership to check out a particular used Honda, and he was very hands off and low-key. He located the vehicle and let us test drive it on our own and then worked with us on financing. Not once during our experience with Leo did we feel like we were being pushed into something. On the contrary, we got a friend out of the deal. Leo was incredibly helpful even after the sale was completed. I would absolutely recommend Leo Zombek to friends. More

I went into Arapahoe Hyundai looking to lease a car. I had visited three other dealerships of various companies before arriving at Arapahoe Hyundai. I was floored by the customer service I received. At each dealership I went to I walked in and said "I think I want to lease but I have no idea what I am doing. Please explain my options." At each previous dealership I was simply presented with how expensive each option was without any other explanation. When I started talking to Diane she help explain to me exactly what leasing meant. I own the car during its most expensive time, I never have to worry about it breaking down or having to pay for a tow or anything of that sort, I didn't have to put any money down but if I did it would help keep my monthly payments smaller, ect. What I appreciated most was her patience. I like to fully understand what I'm getting myself into before I make a commitment. She made me feel really great about the decision I made to go with my Accent. I have had the car for 4 months now and am just getting around to writing my review. I am so happy I did business with Arapahoe Hyundai. They have taken very good care of me. More

A friend of mine told me that Tim Hanley had mentioned a nice 2004 Santa fe they had on the lot. I called Tim and he gave me all the particulars. He assigned Diane Dreher as my sales person. Based on the very friendly phone conversations I had, I decided to make the seventy mile drive to check out this car. Am I ever glad I did. I was expecting a pretty nice car, what I found was an exceptional car at an exceptionally fair price. Diane couldn't have been nicer she went above and beyond what you would expect from a sales person. She even helped entertain my 2 and 4 year old grand kids while I did paper work. When I decided to decline a warrenty offer I wasnt even pressured. I didn't even hesitate purchasing this car for my daughter and grand kids. If the detailing work the service department did is any indication they have an excellant service department also. When it comes time for me or my wife to purchase a new vehicle Arapahoe Hyundai will be on the top of our lists. I would highly recommend this dealer/ More

Service was great! Bernard listened to what I was looking for and he helped me find it! He was understanding. I found what I liked and he gave me the figures of what it would cost to get me into th looking for and he helped me find it! He was understanding. He did not pressure me to "buy Now" and I appreciated that. I came back after dinner and bought a brand new model that was actually in the showroom. They had to get it prepared and we did the paper work. I was there past closing time but they stayed open for me so that I could get the deal done and take my new ride home! They were great! Leo was Awesome. Very quick with providing financing that fit our budget. He was very flexible with his time and was able to do it all in an afternoon. we started at 1PM with a phone call, met at 430p that fit our budget. He called within an hour, told me the deal on an elantra... asked if we could come pick a color, I said we would be there about 1 pm, and we went down, and picked a car. There was no pressure, Eric gave us the keys to a test model, and we drove it, came back, picked a colr, and we leased the vehicle!! I dont think Eric could have been more patient and helpful. It was , by far, the best experience we have had obtaining a vehicle! We were in and out within 2 and a half hours! We were very pleased! and we will recommend this dealership!
