My wife and I went in to the dealership to schedule maintenance on her 2009 Santa Fe. Even though it was snowing we decided to take a look at the new Santa Fe. Mike came out and greeted us and I expla maintenance on her 2009 Santa Fe. Even though it was snowing we decided to take a look at the new Santa Fe. Mike came out and greeted us and I explained to him we were there to schedule maintenance on her vehicle and thought we would take a look at the new ones as my wife had sent 2 of her friends into the dealership to look at the Santa Fe's and both ended up purchasing them. Mike advised if we would like he could always run the numbers and see what the price difference there would be on a new one. We said what the heck. My wife found one she liked, test drove it and we started talking. Well after talking to the Manager and telling him what price I could live with, he agreed with my offer and we ended up driving away with a new 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo which my wife absolutely loves. During this ordeal Mike was very patient with me as I can get a little testy, but his calm manner and great attitude made the time spent well worth it. All and all everyone we met that day was super helpful, courteous and impressive, so much so that I would not hesitate sending a family member, friend to the dealership and talk with Mike if they are looking to possibly purchase a car. More

Last week my fiancé and I went into Arapahoe Hyundai in hopes of purchasing a new Sainte Fe. We did just that but it wouldn't have happened with the courteous staff. The overall experience was pleasurable. I had spoken with Vincent on the phone and he alerted someone at the dealership that I was coming in (since he was unavailable). My dad and I first came there on Saturday the 18th, and were interested in Used Hyundai Elantras, and Matt greeted us right away, and showed us a few of the ones we thought were a good price range. Then on Tuesday, the 21st, we came back and that time Bernard was immediately available, greeted us and helped us with the same requests, as well as our new request to see the new Elantras, as they seemed to be a better deal than one of the used Hyundai we were looking at. The only concern my dad had was that his offer for a little less on the used car was turned down, but we both understood that had to do with calculations already worked out before hand, and didn't have to do with the employees who helped us. So, we went with the new car! More
