I had to have my 2009 Elantra towed to the dealership on 3-5-14 due to an accident. Paul Grace in service was very nice and helpful as it was an emotional experience. I called the dealership after 6:00 pm to ask if a certain car was still available that I found on line. Bernard Brake answered the call and verified the car was still there. He cleaned off the snow and had it waiting for me under a covered area when I arrived. We went for a test drive and he was very informative, friendly and not pushy at all. Ricardo Renteria took care of me for the finace part of it. It was the nicest car purchase experience I have ever had even though I had not planned on purchasing a car until several hours before hand. I would recommend the dealership and these gentlemen to anyone. It was none of the game playing - smoozy process that happens at other dealerships. More
