Arapahoe Hyundai

On 03-24-2014 I purchased a brand new 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited for my wife. This is the 2nd new car that I have purchased from Arapahoe Hyundai. My other car is a 2013 Hyundai Veloster (it runs gr Elantra Limited for my wife. This is the 2nd new car that I have purchased from Arapahoe Hyundai. I went to Araphoe Hyundai on March 22, 2014 to look for a used vehicle for my teenage daughters. Diane met me at the door with a friendly greeting, and escorted me inside to learn about my requirements. Sh used vehicle for my teenage daughters. She quickly determined some good choices for me, took me for a test drive in a Hyundai Accent, and highlighted the key features of the vehicle and its benefits. Once I decided that I wanted to pursue making a deal, she worked with management to get a fair price for me. In addition, she helped me make some good decisions around financing, and add ons to the car that I had not thought of, and would appreciate in the future. Finally, after the purchase was complete, she offered to assist me with getting the vehicle to my house, which helped me considerably, as I was on my own. It was a true pleasure working with Diane - she is competent, friendly, intelligent, and thoughtful. The employees were friendly and wanted to make a sale, without being pushy. We didn't get the runaround, as so often happens when buying a car, i.e., let me talk to our finance manager and see what we can without being pushy. Seth spent 30 minutes going over all the features of the car, making sure we understood everything. The service department did a good job of applying a finishing coat and installing roof rails after our purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. By the way, this is our second Hyundai Tucson, as we loved the first one - a 2005, with 185,000 miles on it (and still going strong). More

I also caught them on a busy day and I was still impressed with the overall experience. I had a difficult situation in getting out of my old car but Eric did everything he had to to make this deal work for me. I was kind of confused when I got in touch with him 2 days later and asked the question on why if this is a certified vehicle that I will be needing tires for the vehicle soon? The answer was that it was not part of the certified criteria and would've raised the price? Regardless of that my overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
