I will Always go to Arapahoe Hyundai Today I came in for my periodic oil change for my Sonata. When I got to the service department Craig was great to make conversation with me and he and everyone in the service dept. do this every time I come in. He asked if I would be waiting and I told him that I was going to check out new cars while I waited. He asked what I was looking at I told him the Santa Fe, he told me how great the new model was. I started walking towards the lot and was met by Amanda who asked if she could help me with anything, I told her I wanted a new car but it needed to be the same payment I had now to make it work. She asked what I was looking for, I told her, then she said suggested we crunch some numbers first to see what we are working with. I so appreciated this, because she was listening to me and hearing what I was saying, instead of just pushing me into a car, that really made me feel like a valued customer not just the next paycheck. Amanda worked really hard to make sure she stayed within my budget and I really felt like she was my advocate in this whole process. I even ran into some of her previous clients in the lot and they told me that she is the best which I now must agree with. When I went back to the service dept to pay for my oil change Craig asked if I found a car I told him I had and that I was buying it today. He was genuinely happy for me and when I handed him my credit card to pay he said the least he can do is take care of this for me. That was such a nice thing to do when I know he didn't have to do that. I have been a customer at Hyundai now since July 2011 every time I come for whatever the reason I get excellent service. Most of my time has been spent in the service department just for normal maintenance and I can't say enough about how amazing the customer service is. I knew I wanted a new car and I never gave any other thought to going anywhere but here. The great service everyone at Hyundai provides has made me a customer for life. His friendly nature and 'can do' attitude were very apparent. I told him to set us up for a test drive with the 'most loaded' Genesis available. And, that is exactly what he did. I didn't want any 'selling me' on the car. I didn't say this to him, but like a good salesman, I think he sensed it. I did have lots of questions afterwards for him and he showed his professionalism, vast amount of knowledge, and pride for his product without being over-informative. Raed is a true standout in salesmen. He performed way above expectations. Raed is a fine representative of the Hyundai brand and the Arapahoe Hyundai dealership. My wife and I have visited some dealerships within the last couple of weeks to make a purchased but felt like they didn't really provide the best customer service to the consumer. Arapahoe Hyundai felt like it was a friendly environment in which they looked out for the customer first. My wife recently purchased a car with James Kantorowicz and he was really helpful with any questions we threw his way. The overall process was smooth and they really worked with her budget which was very superb. I felt this dealership was top notch that I wanted to come back to trade in my Jeep for a newer car and again this dealership along with James was excellent. I never felt pressured in buying a car and James worked with my budget as well. Everyone in the dealership, including finance was great that I now only refer friends, family, and co-workers to this dealership. This is a dealership I plan to use going forward and I feel the services of James Kantorowicz was just among the best customer service I have experienced at a dealership.
