But he did eventually answer all my questions and worked to get me a good deal. Ricardo worked to get me a good deal as well on financing and was very helpful, knowlegable and friendly. More

Excellent Experience!! Oh My Goodness, what a great experience! I went to Arapahoe Hyundai to "shop" for a new car. I met up with Raed Khasawneh and we looked at several Oh My Goodness, what a great experience! I went to Arapahoe Hyundai to "shop" for a new car. I met up with Raed Khasawneh and we looked at several cars (Sante Fe and Tucsons), drove two of them. Raed was such a nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful person, and did I say Patient? I then met Ricardo Renteria to do all the financing paperwork - another professional, friendly, knowledgeable, sweet young man. He told me every thing I needed to know and more, explained each piece of paper, and just made that experience great too. Then we had an opportunity to go to the Service Dept and meet Keevin Allerton and now another nice, helpful, knowledgeable, professional person who set me up with an appointment to com back and get the EPC process applied. I am an older person and I have bought several cars in my day and I must say this was the best experience I have had yet buying a new car! He was courteous, helpful, and worked with us to get into the right car. He was mostly knowledgeable about the car features, and being new, when he didn't know something, he was quick to check for the right answer. He understood our pricing limitations and worked to get us into the right pricing. Chris has worked with us after the sale to make sure our features are all working, and to schedule our car for a service appointment for additional protection. Likewise, Ricardo in the finance department was very helpful and courteous. He explained all of the aspects of the financing and made it a painless process. The only reservation I had in the buying process was with the sales manager, Ray. He made me uncomfortable in talking through the numbers, and even though the $499 dealer add-in cost was posted on the wall, he didn't mention it until after we agreed on a sales price. If car dealerships want to foster customer trust, why not discuss these fees up front and during the pricing negotiations? But, again, overall I rate this a most excellent buying experience and would highly recommend Chris and the team at Arapahoe Hyundai to friends and neighbors. More

Friendly Experience I was very impressed with the courtesy, service and professionalism received by Bernard Brake and the entire staff at Arapahoe Hyundai in Centennial C I was very impressed with the courtesy, service and professionalism received by Bernard Brake and the entire staff at Arapahoe Hyundai in Centennial Colorado. When I contacted Arapahoe Hyundai searching for a particular car, Bernard answered the phone. He took the time to go through his inventory, assuring me they had the car I was looking for. He invited me to visit the dealership and he said he would handle all my requests/requirements. When I arrived at the dealership the following day, Bernard was waiting for me. More importantly, he had the exact car I requested, sitting in front of the dealership door, detailed and with keys in hand for a test drive. Unfortunately, the model I asked Bernard about was based on a brochure. It was not exactly what I was ultimately looking for. Thankfully, Bernard was undaunted by my dissatisfaction with this particular option package and began inquiring which options I most wanted in the vehicle. Once he gathered that information, he found a number of cars that fit my requirements and offered me a test drive. Following my choice of model and option packages, I asked Bernard to provide me with the “numbers” regarding the final cost of the car both with and without my trade. With no haggling what-so-ever, Bernard returned with a very fair offer. I presented a counter offer based on research I had conducted. Bernard returned within just a few minutes and said my offer was accepted. No high-pressure or other staff members getting involved – it was just that easy. I accepted the arrangement regarding the price for the new car and the offer they made for my new car. Bernard contacted the Finance Officer and the paperwork was started. Before I could gather all the papers and other personal belongings out of my old car, the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The paperwork process went flawlessly, with no pressure to purchase additional items, like you are likely to experience at other dealerships. Frankly, the toughest part of the entire process ended-up in my corner. They had three beautiful cars that had the exact equipment I requested. I could not make up my mind which color I wanted! In summary, this is my 2nd consecutive purchase from Arapahoe Hyundai, because they know how to treat their customers. He asked for my phone number so he could text a few pics my way, I gave him my number.I live well over an hour from this dealership and requested a few quick snap shots, so I could see the vehicle before making te trip. Told Eric I was headed his way. Again within 15 minutes Eric responded with pics on the way....three possibly four hours later, no pictures. I sent another email asking if he was sending, again a response within 15 minutes saying, he had gone to take a pic but the car was on a test drive, then over the next several hours he was wrapped up selling multiple vehicles. Yet with each email to him he responded within 15 minutes? In 2014 how long does it take to snap a few pics and text them? I'll let you decide... Then he sent me an email, saying the car was yet to be detailed, and they were working a deal with someone on the car, but he was sending pics, and would let me know if the car sold. That was 5:33 Saturday, it's Monday morning, and not one word, not one picture...nothing. I understand busy, I don't understand or appreciate being forgot, lied too and having my time wasted. Do yourself a favor and don't let this dealership waste your time, like they did mine. Empty promise, no follow through or up and can't believe a word they say. More
