I believe we negotiated a fair price that satisfied both parties. I like that they are a high volume dealer so the mark up is reasonable. Bernard accommodated our requests, didn't rush us through the decision. The only part I could do without is the up-sell schtick from the finance person for warranty and ECP services. It would be great if we didn't feel obligated to listen to all that, just take care of the paperwork and get out the door. More
