Thanks Chris Tovrea! Great sales rep! I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Accent. I called and spoke with Chris when I was on my way to the dealership, I knew which car I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Accent. I called and spoke with Chris when I was on my way to the dealership, I knew which car I wanted and I told him I wanted to test drive it. He had it ready to go with the keys when I got there. Overall the experience was great. I wasn't 100% sure, but Chris did not pressure me at all. He knew all the information we needed about the car, warranties, etc. and he was very personable. The process itself only took a couple of hours, which we were expecting. In the meantime they checked on us frequently, offering us water, and letting us know where we were at in the process. I purchased the ECP package with the car which is a treatment they do on the interior and exterior to protect it from wearing over time and adds a warranty to those surfaces. I scheduled this to be done about two weeks after I purchased the vehicle and it was super easy. I dropped the car off at 7am when they opened and they gave me a loaner vehicle free of charge. I went to work then came back at 4:30PM to pick it up, even though they had it done by like 11am. Not long after the ECP, a table that I had put in the back of car scratched the back window tint, and when I went in to get it fixed, they did it free of charge even though it wasn't exactly covered. This process too went smoothly, I was given a loaner vehicle, and I was satisfied with the repair. Overall I've had a great experience with this dealer, I really feel like they took care of me. More

Service Department is Outstanding!! I cannot compliment Paul Grace in the service department enough! Hyundais are quality cars with the industry's longest warranty so I wouldn't expect I cannot compliment Paul Grace in the service department enough! Hyundais are quality cars with the industry's longest warranty so I wouldn't expect you'd have to go to a service department very often, but you still have to have routine maintenance done and perhaps an occasional un scheduled visit. Been taking all of my Hyundais to Paul for years, and have even purchased consumable items like tires and batteries from him. It varies by what your buying, but yes, he can sometimes beat the prices of Wal Mart, Costco and Tire Discounters. Paul has never tried to push unnecessary services and has often told me flat out when they couldn't offer an item or service at a competitive price. As an example, my 2009 Santa Fe needed a new cabin air filter and he quoted me their price.but immediately offered that it was very simple operation to replace it and that I could do it myself using parts from Auto Zone for about half the price. It's not often you find honest people in the field of sales, but when you do you stick with them. ALWAYS ASK FOR PAUL WHEN YOU VISIT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! More

True to his word, he called me while the cars were coming off the delivery truck.
