What A Great Car Buying Experience On labor-day my wife and I decided we needed to see if we could replace her old Plymouth Acclaim as it needed a lot of work to be done. We had cheeked with KIA but the sales rep didn't seem interested in helping us out that is when I saw the Arapahoe Hyundai sign across the street. We were greeted by Mike Conway, rather than waste his or my time I immediately told Mike about our situation. He took his time with us and we found the perfect car for my wife. Mike was very pleasant to deal with, there was no high pressure selling and he gave us exactly what we asked for. I also want to mention what a great guy Ricardo Renterier was. My experience working with finance people at other dealers in the past has been stressful, but like Mike, Ricardo worked with us to get us the best deal. Thank you both for a great experience. When we showed up, Bjorn Kristensen quickly learned what we were looking for and showed us the best deals on Sonata Hybrid 2014. After taking the test drive, Bjorn helped us understand the features, financing options and alternative car options that helped us close the deal. He was very patient throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the features the car has to offer. So far we are REALLY enjoying the car, the driving experience and it's features. In the past, other dealers were much more high pressure, and the entire purchase experience at other dealers took far longer to complete. This dealer Arapahoe Hyundai was straight forward with their pricing, their salesman (Rod Khaszawneh) was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. We agreed on a fair purchase price for this vehicle and the one that we traded in. A very short time later, our paper work was ready, a few signatures and out the door with our new car. I would highly recommend this dealership and will purchase here again. We have purchased dozens of vehicles and this is the first dealer review that I have ever written. More
