Hyundai to End !! I am a Hyundai fan , my first one is a 2001 Hyundai Accent 5 speed. . I purchased it new, My Accent is 14 years old ! When I moved here to the mile high city 2 years ago, I knew I would purchase a Suv. I set my sites on Arapahoe Hyundai . I called over the phone to schedule an appointment. The young man that answered the phone was Vincent Porras. He was patient and polite. I will continue to recommend Hyundai ! I went to service department today, there i was greeted by Gary Burton, he took care of my issue. When my service was completed, there was Dustin Geist, he's a very smart mechanic. I also spoke briefly with Amanda, she could use a little more customer service training. Overall great service. More
WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Leased a new 2013 Sante Fe for my wife and our new home business. (This is my 4th time buying or leasing a Hyundia vehicle) During the summer the A/c Leased a new 2013 Sante Fe for my wife and our new home business. (This is my 4th time buying or leasing a Hyundia vehicle) During the summer the A/c quit working and my pregnant wife was told that it was a normal issue and to just keep it turned down. Returned it to service after researching and finding that it was not a normal issue. Service department replied that there "Actually is a problem and they would repair it". But only after several months of improper A/C function. (Pregnant wife transporting 3 children from July-Sept). While the vehicle was in the service department a mechanic scratched the door. Then while in the parking lot waiting to have the door repaired their was a hail storm which broke the drivers side mirror and pinged the rest of the vehicle. If the door was not scratched by their mechanic & if the A/c was repaired the 1st time it would have been at home. HOWEVER, Dealership assumes no responsibility for the damage. Summary= Out the vehicle we leased and driving a "Loaner" for nearly 3 weeks" Our new vehicle needing only minor A/C repair was returned to us after 3 weeks with a scratched door (repaired) broken drivers side mirror, and extensive body damage. (NOTE; We were not told anything about the Hail damage for 2 weeks while they had our car. It was not until we picked it up). I now have to pay a $500 deductible to have the body and mirror repaired. and rent a car during this process. THEREFORE----- I recommend if you are interested in buying or leasing a Hyundai take your business to another dealership. I think they are a great vehicle and will continue to buy them... just somewhere else.... More

ONLY BUY A HUYNDAI IF YOU DON'T MIND GETTING RIPPED OFF ARAPAHOE HYUNDAI sold me a wrecked car that had been on list to be appraised as potentially TOTALED, and they made ME pay to take the car back!! I had asked for the Car Fax when buying the car, but I didn't ask to actually see it myself since I trusted the salesperson. I know.... what was I thinking!!!! Trusting people. Why do I do that?!!! SO THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE what we agreed to to take the car back. General Manager won't give me a red cent back. Corporate didn't and will not help at all. They just keep referring me to the lying, deceiving, unethical dealer that stole from me. SALES REP: Armani IF THEY TREATED ME THIS WAY, THEY WILL TREAT YOU THIS WAY TOO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR CAR. NOT WORTH IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

Best Car Shopping Experience Ever! I had spent a week test driving various other cars. Went first to a different Hyundai dealer closer to home but had a friend recommend Arapahoe Hyund I had spent a week test driving various other cars. Went first to a different Hyundai dealer closer to home but had a friend recommend Arapahoe Hyundai because of her experience there. So the next day I contacted them and spoke to Leo. Came down that evening and he had the Santa Fe waiting for me to test drive. Leo was very attentive to our needs, patient, friendly and just had great customer service! They gave me a good price on my trade-in. The entire experience was just wonderful! Although they are further away from the other dealer, I found it well worth my time to drive across town.. Will definitely get my car serviced there too and recommend them to all my friends! Best car experience I've ever had and this was my 5th car ever bought. More

When we arrived, he was genuinely friendly and very patient with all our questions and did not hesitate to go over things several times. We came several days later, so that he could go over some things in the car (we had bought the car late one night, so we had to come back). Again, he was extremely personable and helpful. We had gone to one other Hyundai dealership and had an exchange with another over the phone. Arapahoe Hyundai was far and away the most friendly and competent. Ricardo Renteria was also very helpful and flexible in our finance discussion. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership or Eric to anyone looking for a car. More

They still had the car on site and ready for me to buy it. I got a Sonata Limited 2.0T 2014. Just because it was last years model I received a little over 6000 off the msrp. But the best part of it was the service I received while buying the car and doing all the paperwork for it. I worked with Bjorn K. and I must say he is one if the best salesman I've ever work with. He is super friendly and has an awesome sense of humor !!!! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. When I'm ready for a new car again I will be back again. More
