Vincent Porras took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a vehicle and showed us only what met our requirements. Once we made a decision on a vehicle, he worked us through the buying process and we were out of there in a couple of hours. Prices are very competitive. Bjorn was our latest sales person. Worked with us, and made it as painless as the car buying experience can be. We live an hour from the dealership and have felt it worth our time to make the trips down there so take that for what it's worth. We worked with two Hyundai dealers that we would prefer not to do business with. (Think north and way north) The Longmont dealer was great, but lacked inventory that we wanted. I came in to look at a Genesis coupe on my lunch break, decided it was what i wanted, and they did everything they could to get me out the door as soo I came in to look at a Genesis coupe on my lunch break, decided it was what i wanted, and they did everything they could to get me out the door as soon as possible so i could make it back to work! I was in there less than an hour total. I never felt pressured and they both answered every question i had and took good care of me (i had done quite a bit of research on the Coupe ahead of time, so it was basically making the numbers work for what i wanted)... With more technology on a newer car he was able to walk me through the operations and encouraged a follow up call if Is till did not understand. I highly recommend Eric as a courteous and knowledgeable sales rep. I also complimented him the ease with which I was able to negotiate the dealership website which really helped narrow my selections prior to test driving. More
