New Car Price not Honored 5/27/2015 went in to purchase vehicle with the internet mgr and sales mgr price printed and in hand. Had deposit and all documents needed. Then salesman has 2 trips to sales mgr office cause i could not close till 5/30 thats why i brought deposit and full loan approval. Came back and i was told if you dont take car today price is going up. I felt hog tied all of a sudden by a drag you in and either you buy or else 19703s tactic. They would not honor their price which also stated no surprise costs, adn there will be no surprises or any mistakes in the price quoted me. Yet sales manager would not honor his own quote. Be careful i was a repeat customer and honorable veteran which Hyundai Corp gives discount to but, sales manager would not even honor his own quote i had in black and white. Not good way to treat repeat customer and honorable veteran just trying to obtain a honest deal. No honesty on behalf of the sales manager, internet sales, and Arapahoe Hyundai either. A disappointment and a shame, I feel scammed into coming in. More

He changed my mind about the typical perception of a "car salesman." He was sincere and honest, and definitely was NOT pushy. He diligently showed me what the Santa Fe has to offer...which is A LOT! What a high tech machine! During the financing process, Brian explained every step we took. My husband had many more questions and he answered all of them also. I thought this was going to be long and arduous experience, but Brian made it a positive one. I have been a Hyundai owner since 1987 starting with the Elantra. It was not that great a great car, but Hyundai progressed and made so many positive changes since then. I own a 2004 Santa Fe. Because my husband and I love the performance of this vehicle, we decided to keep it and not trade it in. With the 2015 Santa Fe, we expect an even better performance after all the improvements made through the years. Thank you!!! More
