He was very specific, quick, calm, good listener,Transparent and up to the point. The environment was very friendly. There was no loose ends . I was briefed on each and every points. Had some trouble with paper works but Brian Finance Manager was able to resolve them very quick. True to thier word I am very pleased with Arapahoe Hyundai! I shopped on line to find the car I wanted then called. I spoke with John Francis. We negotiated a price o I am very pleased with Arapahoe Hyundai! I shopped on line to find the car I wanted then called. I spoke with John Francis. We negotiated a price over the phone and by text. I drove 90 miles to purchase my Elantra. John was very patient with me and made sure I was getting the car I wanted. When I arrived to make the purchase, he had a few cars already pulled out for me to choose from! I .made my color choice and then he took me on a test drive. He knew I had been researching these cars for months, however, he still went over everything with me again making sure I new all I needed to know about my new car. From the time I arrived and the time I drove away in my new Elantra it was barely just over 1 hour! No negotiating again, the price was what we agreed on! I will buy my next car from Arapahoe Hyundai and tell all my friends about this dealership, and John! More
