Great customer service and did not have to wait too long for my oil change. The only thing I wish they would’ve done is wash my car. The dealership is understaffed and we had to wait almost 5 hours for paperwork to be printed to purchase our leased vehicle. The salesman Devin kept telling us it would be 15-20 mins and then just left us s 5 hours for paperwork to be printed to purchase our leased vehicle. The salesman Devin kept telling us it would be 15-20 mins and then just left us sitting in his office for hours. We finally got everything done after 5 hours. About a week later, Devin sent me a text message saying the lease was almost up and would love to discuss our options. I responded to the text asking if there was a problem with the paperwork because we paid cash and bought the vehicle. Devin never bothered to respond back. I felt Devin gave very poor customer service. More
