Had a rough start to the appointment. I made the appointment a month in advance so I could get a loaner car. When I arrived they didn’t have one available but needed my car for 2-3 hours. He wouldn’t listen and was very short with me. Mark came to the rescue and helped get me a car. He is always so nice and helpful.
