I would say in general I'm not happy with my car purchase. I felt coerced into purchasing a third party warranty, and the gas mileage on the vehicle is far worse than the specs. I brought it in for repair and they told me nothing's wrong. I'm averaging 18 or 19 miles per gallon in a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo with only 20,000 miles on it. That's a mix of half highway & half city, it's worse than a full size truck. I doubt I'll keep the vehicle more than a year unless they can acknowledge something's wrong and fix it. More

Albert is a dishonest, unethical, rude car salesman who will say anything to close a sale. I had a serious accident and chose to purchase another Santa Fe. They showed me a book of Santa Fe's and clearly s will say anything to close a sale. I had a serious accident and chose to purchase another Santa Fe. I contacted the dealership many times and was finally directed to speak with Albert. He believed the Porras brother's account of my Santa Fe purchase rather than my account. I explicitly requested the EXACT SAME SUV WITH THE EXACT SAME SAFETY BREAK SYSTEM. And that is definitely not the SUV that I received. After the purchase, one of the Porras brothers told Albert that I selected the second Santa Fe based on budget. They will do anything to close a sale. They should be ashamed of themselves. They represent every single slimy car salesman characteristic. I have contacted the Hyundai corporate office. More
