I waited 2 months to get my car into their repair shop and have now waited 3+ weeks to even hear a diagnosis. Nancy Josh was our sales person and she was great explained car functions and very personable. Grady helped us with the paperwork and money part and was to the point and professional. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL AND MONEY HUNGRY. I came in to buy my car on October 9th, 2023. They said that better discounts are given to those who take loans, but there's no prepay penalty. Why? So I paid my loan in full the moment I was able to (about a week later). I verified with that loan department and it's confirmed that it's fully paid off, yet I still have yet to receive the title for the vehicle (over 2 months later). Secondly, the dealership gave me the car that night with less than a gallon of gas left. They said that their pump was broken and that they would send me a gift card with gas money to make up for me needing to stop to fill up just after driving it off the lot. While this isn't a big deal, the fact that they didn't send it and said they did when I asked multiple times over the span of two months did tick me off. They kept coming up with excuses, like having my wrong address, or telling me that they forgot to send it, or that they needed the finance department to sign it off first. I was extremely patient with them, seeing as how it took over 2 months for them to finally send the certificate via email (not mail like they said they would), and what they sent says far less than what they told me they would send (only enough to fill half a gas tank). AND, when I tried to use it today, the gas station attendant as well as his supervisor said that it doesn't work. The certificate says it can be redeemed with any Kroger station, but that is apparently incorrect, according to the one I went to. I double checked with them and had them manually enter the gift card number more than once, as well as scan the barcode, but it still failed, and I had to wait for the supervisor to also check, therefore wasting over a half hour of my time and the clerk/supervisor at the gas station! So it's a big deal to me now. And here's the more annoying part: I wasn't planning on leaving a review until after I got the gift card and title, but the dealership called me and asked that I leave my review before a deadline of theirs (because apparently there's deadlines to leave the review?) or else my chance would expire. In good faith, I left them a good review as they said anything less than a perfect 10 is failing. However, after that point is when they started to ignore me when I had questions. I've been bounced around by departments and managers who are almost no help and will just feed you what you want to hear but not do anything about it. So I rescind my perfect 10. They get a 0 for disrespect. Let me clarify: I have nothing against Hyundai. I've bought four over the span of my life. However, I think that Arapahoe Hyundai is definitely NOT the place to go. I would recommend going to a different Hyundai dealership. The salesman was very pushy and has since started to ignore my calls/texts, and the service has been absolutely awful. They don't seem to care about their clients after the fact. It's a badly burned bridge, because I always recommend Hyundai to friends and family. Won't make that mistake again. They get a zero star from me if I could have that option. More

We have had Hyundai Tucsons, but changed to the Santa Fe and what a difference, a smooth ride and comfy. Phil, finance dept were straight forward and we knew all charges before we signed on the dotted line. Thanks guys More

I have been to a few dealerships looking for a used car, and nearly all of them didn't have the car I requested and scheduled to see and test driving. They would upsell me a new car that wasn't like the use and nearly all of them didn't have the car I requested and scheduled to see and test driving. They would upsell me a new car that wasn't like the used one I desired. Arapahoe Hyundai was different. The used car was on the lot and I had a good test drive. Sales agent. Ash was professional and not annoying nor pushy like most agents. While I hadn't bought the vehicle yet, I had a great experience. More

I was told late on a Saturday afternoon that if I did not have the full amount of the purchase in cash, i would need to get a LOAN, even though I had a substantial amount of cash ($3500) which i could deposit, and return on Monday morning with a cashiers check or transfer of $$. This is a racket. I am not sure whether it is because they are dishonest but i do believe they are committing fraud. I know that they have not met their requirements by the Colorado Dealership Board. It has been 2-1/2 months since i purchased my vehicle, and still do not have a title... After many attempts, calls, visits to the DMV, i am giving up calling them, and turning them into the State for investigation. More
