No communication from service writer, James Yde The service writer James Yde Told me it should only take about an hour when I showed up on time for my 8 a.m. appointment . When I still hadn't heard The service writer James Yde Told me it should only take about an hour when I showed up on time for my 8 a.m. appointment . When I still hadn't heard until after lunch, I called the dealership. I was told James was outside, but would call me as soon as he came back inside, After 30 minutes I called again, and was told he was waiting on another customer, but would call me back as soon as he finished. I called again 15 minutes later, and was told he would get the message to call me regarding my truck. I then got a ride from a co-worker to Aransas Pass , and went to the dealership. James Yde was in the service department and told me he was at lunch, so he couldn't return my calls, I guess he gets a 5 hour lunch. My truck was not fixed yet, but he was happy to inform me that they did have the parts, and would be ready in about an hour. I left the dealership at 3 p.m. with my truck and will never go back there for service. This was not the first time they failed to communicate, More
