I was over charged and they repair the used cars cheaply. I drove back home, to moscow, with my new used car and when i got home the oil pan was dripping oil because they had just put apoxy on a crack. This dealership is absolutely horibble because they overcharge for the vehicals and cheaply repair the cars. More

Went into Appleway value vehicle lot by Honda on 11/11/11 and next day came back and got what I thought was a great deal on a used car. My sales associate, John was a great guy and took the time with me through the sales process to answer all my questions and concerns. One of their guarantees was 3 day money back. On that Monday, 11/14/11 took the car in to my mechanic and had some minor to moderate issues with the car, like Appleway slapped on new brakes without rotors, that were below safety minimums. When I went back and brought this to their attention, I spoke to Russ, who could care less about customer satisfaction said that they would not fix nor would they fix some of the other issues on this list. All of their value vehicle cars go through a "50 point inspection" which is a joke. This inspection done at Appleway Acura said that the 6 disk cd changer worked and I just made my cd today to play in it and the audio system is not even recognizing the changer. Also one of the headlamps was burned out when I bought it so they fixed it, but now four days later it is burned out again. I am beginning to think who ever is working on these cars over at Appleway Honda and Acura does not know what they are doing and at this point am looking into legal action with the lack of cooperation I am getting from Russ. Long story short, they cut too many corners just to have it all backfire on them. More
