Went into this dealership after I had found a truck online. Was approached by a Steve B. and was shown the truck. Took it for a drive, loved it, and came back the following week and bought it. Bought it Friday, on Saturday, the check engine light came on. I brought it in to a local mechanic, first thing he says after looking at the code given was "give it back". He says it will be at least $1,000 to fix. I call the dealership and talk to Judd, who is actually the only guy who seems to care whatsoever about a customer, and he tells me to bring it back so they can check it out on Monday. I show up on Monday and ask for Judd, to find out it's his day off. Instead of pointing me towards Steve, who was my "salesman", they send me to the service manager. He asks what I want to do and I say, "well I would assume you would fix it." Then the wonderful "salesman" Steve, who happens to be five feet away and doesn't even acknowledge me, comes over and right in front of me, leans his head on the desk and tries to tell him that nothing was promised to be fixed and that he knows that. They end up taking it out for a drive and tell me it needs $2,500 for a new transmission. Like they didn't know that beforehand? In the end, they had to take the car back, being that it was under 300 miles or 7 days. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. The only reason I put the price at 5 stars was because it was a good price, and now I know why. Friendliness was a 3 because the service manager was also very nice. More

I live in Grand Forks North Dakota and i really needed a new car, especially before the snow fell. I found a car that I wanted to test drive so she went to get the keys right away and we went for a drive, when we got back the Volvo was there and i wanted to look at another car so she got the keys for both, my main interest was the Volvo so we went to look at that and it had just about everything I wanted so we went for a test drive. I loved the test drive, so we pulled up next to my car and my dad looked at the car and he approved of it. Then because I needed to get rid of my car I wanted to do a trade in, they looked over my car, took it for a drive, and they gave me a price on it, it was a good price that i wouldn't refuse so I took it. Dacy got all the paper work all ready for it and we did everything that we need so I could take the car home. It all went very smoothly and i like the car a lot. It was a good experience for my first time buying a car from a dealership. I think you very much. More

The employee who helped me had an extensive knowledge of cars and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The first car he ended up showing me was the exact car I was hoping to find. Every member of the staff who helped me choose my vehicle went far above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships in regards to working out a payment method and getting me on the road as soon as possible. In particular, Antwane Woodard not only treated myself as though I was a friend, but he invested himself in my purchase as though the car I was buying was going to be his own. All in all, the honesty and professionalism I encountered here far exceeded my expectations and resulted in me making a purchase from people whom I now trust. I purchased a Ford F-150 after it had went through their "inspection" but they failed to find that the gas tanks (its a dual tank) were leaking, the exhaust system has some leaks, the front right wheel bear "inspection" but they failed to find that the gas tanks (its a dual tank) were leaking, the exhaust system has some leaks, the front right wheel bearings were coming unpacked, and that the oil pan gasket was leaking oil. The way that the engine is situated the only way to get to the oil pan is to take the engine out of the vehicle (5 hours of labor at $107 per hour) and take the pan off that way. A new dual tank for the truck was $250 and 2 hours of labor to put it in. To repack the bearings it was 1 hour of labor. So besides what I paid for the truck, I spent over an additional $1,000 in repairs because their service people cant notice a rusted hole in a gas tank, unpacked wheel bearings, or oil dripping down from the pan. The truck runs good and shifts smooth. The sales guy didn't push me to buy anything that I wasn't found of or didn't like. The best part is that I was greeted as soon as I pulled in to their parking lot. So long story short if your buying a used car from them, take it to your mechanic to have them inspect it for anything. More

The Maxima was available, so we went for a test drive and I was truly impressed with Shaun's extensive knowledge about NISSANS. In fact, he knew quite a bit about cars in general which really helped me compare similar makes/models to the NISSAN Maxima. After talking with Shaun, I knew that the Maxima was the car for me. He even made the financing go without any problems. I brought the car back to the dealership to have undercoating and sealant applied to protect my vehicle, and Shaun was there to tell me exactly what was being done. The car was returned to me looking like new! Shaun is the perfect salesman...down-to-earth while still being professional, listening to what I wanted in a car within my budget and not pushing me into a higher priced vehicle that I couldn't afford. And above all, he's honest. I've had the Maxima for almost two weeks, and I can honestly say that I've never been happier with a car purchase, and I've never had a better car salesman than Shaun Williams! More

All the staff at apple auto treated me good. I picked out a ford 2005 escape that I found online. I went to the dealer, looked it over and bought it. The car ran great. After I had it home about a week it was acting funny. I took it back to the dealer long story short they tried to fix it for free. But the car was in need of an expensive repair. The people at Apple said not to worry and to have a look at all their dealerships and pick a new car. Eric my sales guy was so great. He spent four hours with me. We went to apples three locations we test drove every vehicle I was interested until I found the right one. A newer 2008 Escape. Eric Never once tried to talk me into a car he was not in a hurry he was not pushy. But he was instead in helped me find the car that best fit me and my needs. I tip My hat to all the workers there at Apple Suzuki. They took what could have been the worst car buying experience ever and made it my best. The sales staff was great but don’t forget the shop guys. Tom and his staff really took good care of me. Even though I live one and a half hours away I will be bringing my car there.
