Service department is horrible Their service department is horrible. When you take your car in, it's chaos; there are several lines and nothing to tell you where to go. Some service writers are backed up while others sit idle. Be prepared to wait a LONG time when you go in. They say they'll call when parts come in but they never do. Want to talk to the manager? They don't know where he is or how to find him. Honda's recall notices tell you to call and make an appointment for your "30 minute" repair. This place tells you you have to leave your car for half a day; they can't make appointments. They're the only authorized Honda dealer in this entire area and they sure know it; for recalls and warranty work there's no place else to go. More

Seriously best experience car buying ever! i was in and out in less than 3 hours plus it was snowy weather so they came to my job to pick up the car a Seriously best experience car buying ever! i was in and out in less than 3 hours plus it was snowy weather so they came to my job to pick up the car and detail it a few days after i purchased it. then on top of that there was a ding in the door that needed some touch up paint but their paint guy had to wait for sunny weather when that finally happened he decided it was too large a job to do on the lot and would need to take my car over the weekend to fix. it didnt work out the first weekend and i really thought well thats the end of that this will never happen. but when i asked about it and told them i was going to be out of town for the following 2 weekends they called me back and scheduled a weekend that would work for me that was almost 2 months after my purchase date!! got my car back and it looks perfect. Seriously a great experience, i went in alone and as a single female i never felt pressured or like i was ripped off. it really was a God Send to have such a good experience. will buy from them again. More
