Great Car Buying Experience When we first stopped by Apple SI we had originally been looking for a mid-size SUV (Mazda CX-5 / Kia Sorento). We were looking for a little more room for our grand daughter to kick her feet around and also more trunk space to fit our jogging stroller in the back. After Charlie showed us a few of the SUVs he had on the lot he than made us aware that the stroller we had didn't need such a huge truck space since the tires detached! Upon learning that fact he than showed us a hybrid and turbo version of the Kia Optima. After a few test drives we decided on the hybrid. The whole purchasing process was great (they even offered us $1k more than what Kelly Blue Book suggested the value of my girlfriends car). Overall it was a superb experience and I will definitely be returning in a year or two when I trade my car in. More

Nice cars quick service I went in to view a car I'd seen online and was very pleased when I called and they cad the car up front waitin for me. Charlie was the guy that helped me he was great, super nice, very accommodating. I got to test drive the car and when I was ready for purchasing new everything went great until I met with Mike Ojeda. He just felt super pushy to me and made the experience a lot more uncomfortable for me. I wanted to go through the credit union is used previously but he was adamant on getting me to finance through them even though I'd already made up my mind. So he's the only reason I was wary of it all. Overall it was a good experience though. If you go in ask for Charlie he is very good at his job without making you uncomfortable. More

I truly believe that Charlie was straightforward and made the process smooth and quick marking a difference from the typical dealership experience. Apple Sport Imports has a large selection of top of the line cars that are priced right. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service throughout the process. Charlie is very knowledgeable and was available to help every step of the way. I would definitely buy from here again and will be referring others to him when searching for a car. Worst customer service EVER!! I emailed them about a Fiat Abarth and received a reply from Elizabeth Soto saying that it was available so I called next morning and Elizabeth said t I emailed them about a Fiat Abarth and received a reply from Elizabeth Soto saying that it was available so I called next morning and Elizabeth said that she didn't know where it was and would call back in 10-15 minutes..... TWO HOURS later I called her and got her voicemail.... About an hour later the Sales Manager Mike (I use the term Manager loosely) called and said that it was at their other place near Waco and explained that Elizabeth didn't want to call me as she thought she would xxxx me off. Mike suggested we test drive a similar car here in Corpus Christi before driving so far to buy the one they have. We test drove and decided we wanted the car and I called Mike to confirm it was in Waco as it had mysteriously disappeared from their website. He said he would call me back in a minute.... ANOTHER TWO HOURS later and still no call back. We'll go elsewhere and you guys can enjoy the negative review. And don't bother to contact me as I will not change it. More
