Haggle-free car purchase with great customer service I recently purchased a used BMW from Thomas at Apple SI. I did quite a bit of research on the vehicle prior to making an appointment with Thomas to co I recently purchased a used BMW from Thomas at Apple SI. I did quite a bit of research on the vehicle prior to making an appointment with Thomas to come see it and take it for a test drive. The dealership website made it easy to get my hands on the vehicle history and the price was great after looking into the comps in my area. The team there made the entire purchase process easy and was completed in less than two hours (including the test drive). Not once did I feel pressured or like I wasn't provided all of the pertinent information. The manager of the dealership even took the time to come introduce himself and thank me for stopping in which, I was impressed by. I had an issue that turned out to be very small with the car shortly after I brought it home and the folks at Apple SI took my vehicle into BMW of Austin for me to get it serviced, provided a loaner, and returned the car to me a few days later. This level of service helped take the stress out of dealing with a repair on my brand new purchase. With this small hiccup behind me, I am extremely happy with my vehicle and would highly recommend Apple SI. More

Show me the money I don't recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a quality product. My experience was mediocre at best until recently when I brought up an issue with a manager dealing with customer service issue and attention to detail. My opinion is that this company rides the coat tails of quality automakers and previous owners but does little in the way of reconditioning and detail cleaning. You've shown me that you don't care about me as your customer, all you wanted was my money. Thanks for nothing. The lifetime car wash is a joke. It is only an exterior wash and doesn't justify the wait or limited availability. More
