BUYER BEWARE . He assured me if it wasn’t he would help me resolve the issue. I took the car to the dealership and they told me this was an external issue caused by a chip in the sensor, therefore it was not under warranty. Almost 1000$ to fix the problem. When I spoke with james and sent a video from the dealership service tech he told me the manager Thomas felt the dealership just did t want to fix it..they did not offer to look at the car or attempt to reset the light ( even though that was done by dealership) APPLE SPORT IMPORT management has washed their hands saying it’s not their problem. BUYER BEWARE! The people are glad to take your hard earned cashed and slam the door in your face after. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I gave 1 star because I can’t give zero More

Very subpar dealership here I am 60 days after my purchase not a single person followed up on my purchase. I had to go back and forth for about 4 hours to get a charger for an ev. Got there and the car had completely bald tires after driving 3 hours to pick it up and another 40 minutes waiting for the car to get back to the dealership however they did give me a substantial allowance for new ones so they did take care of it, but the tires were 20 lbs low I asked for them to be filled before my 3 hour drive back and they weren’t. The worst part was with financing the guy was very nice but I specifically said to to the salesman you can run my credit NO MORE THAN 2 TIMES and I get 5 notifications from my credit monitoring company that it was ran 5 times when I called to ask why he said we were just trying to find you the best deal I said I understand why but you could’ve at least told or ASKED me. In the end I can see I’m just another number on the board nothing special they made that very clear when they sent a thank you card WITH THE WRONG NAME ON IT right car right last name wrong first name if I was nothing more than a tally mark they would know that. All in all I got the car I wanted at a decent price but the experience sucked the finance guy was at least nice and the manager polo did enough to make it right if they have the right car not a bad place to buy but nothing special More
