Working with Janie at Apple was amazing. My truck broke down leaving me stranded, and I need a car to live like a fish needs water. Because I was stuck, Janie drove the car I was interested My truck broke down leaving me stranded, and I need a car to live like a fish needs water. Because I was stuck, Janie drove the car I was interested in to my house for a test drive THAT DAY! Then she and Caleb drove the car to me with paperwork to close the deal the next day. I usually hate the entire car buying process but Janie made it a pleasure. Traci was also extremely helpful and communicative with the paperwork. I will absolutely be calling the Apple Lease team the next time we buy a car. Oh - the Toyota is in great shape, is exactly what I was looking for, and drives like a dream.
