Outstanding as always. I called on a Saturday morning about an issue and had no appointment. I was taken in immediately, the issue was identified and a courtesy car was prom I called on a Saturday morning about an issue and had no appointment. Hosed by Honda! Have a new 2016 Pilot with 14000 miles, one year old. Maintenance indicator called for oil change and differential service. Had a $39.00 coupon but Have a new 2016 Pilot with 14000 miles, one year old. Maintenance indicator called for oil change and differential service. Had a $39.00 coupon but walked out paying $487..53! Changed oil, rear end differential, free tire rotation, then add on's....cabin filter dirty-replaced $70.00, wheel alignment $ 103.00, clogged air filter $58.00, and the final insult shop supplies @ $ 18.00. The Pilot is a nice vehicle but no Mercedes.......up-sale rip off I call it. Unhappy Apple Honda customer for sure. More
