WENT FOR SERVICE ON MY OLDER CRV, BOUGHT ANOTHER NEW CRV In April of 2018 I brought my 1998 CRV with 65,000, one rainy Sunday morning for an Internet Special oil change/tire rotation. Since the service cent In April of 2018 I brought my 1998 CRV with 65,000, one rainy Sunday morning for an Internet Special oil change/tire rotation. Since the service center was under construction, there was only a trailer to sit in, I went into the showroom to dry off. I saw the new 2018 CRV and sat in it. Don came over to me and we spoke for a few minutes. I had been looking on the internet and just for curiosity looking what I would like if was to purchase a new CRV. I asked Don for a brochure, which he gave me. I just loved the comfort of the car and how they improved it in 20 years. I asked if I could get a price on a new Turbo CRV. I don’t like pressure sales people. He was not like that and was just a pleasure to work with. I told him exactly what I would want and I would like to drive a CRV that day, before I would even think of purchasing one. So we went for a ride and I was impressed. I had owned my 1998 CRV plus a 2012 Subaru Impreza 3-door hatch with 12,000 miles. I ended up trading in the 2012 Subaru and keeping my 1998 CRV AND PURCHASED A NEW 2018 CRV. Don was wonderful, knew his product, was excellent to work with and I would recommend him to my family and friends with no hesitation. More
