Car Salesman are often thought of a smooth talking shysters ready to tell you anything to get you to buy a car for as much as they can get out of you….But I wanted to say it was NOT the case with Will shysters ready to tell you anything to get you to buy a car for as much as they can get out of you….But I wanted to say it was NOT the case with William Malloy…I never once felt pressured...and while I truly can't say I got the lowest price, I can tell you He gave me the "best deal" he could. He went out of his way ( as well as everyone) to get me the truck I wanted last year and the car I wanted Yesterday. Yes I have bought two new Vehicles from Will and the Apple ford Team!!! And I will be back for more. While there are plenty of dealerships around Baltimore, I travel to Columbia (Apple Ford). If you have not experienced what a great car buying experience should be…then you owe it to yourself to consider giving them a shot at your business…YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! Sincerely, M. Since I was getting such a good price on a new vehicle, I thought Apple would not have not given me a good price on my trade. But I was wrong. I got $1000 more for my trade than anywhere also. That's a win win for me. Also, when purchasing a new ford you have options on rebates to take either the cash rebate or the low interest rate. I took cash rebates. So the finance department found a spectacular interest rate that was almost as good as the special financing thru Ford. Great job guys!! Thanks again Eric. Pittsburgh,PA More

Too much haggling over price....just wish car dealers had a price...that was not inflated to account for negotiations. Other than the price game, it was a good experience. I had just returned from Active Duty in the Army where I was stationed in Arizona. We were in the middle of the recession and out of all the manufacturers Ford was not one of the big boys looking for a bai was stationed in Arizona. We were in the middle of the recession and out of all the manufacturers Ford was not one of the big boys looking for a bail out, this drove me to consider Ford for my next purchase, because it was clear to me that based off their testimony that they could run for 3 more years as things were that they had a business plan that was working and that they intended on staying around. All that lead me to Apple Ford in Columbia, MD. I remember in the 90's my mother bought a Ford vehicle from there so it was my first and only needed stop that day. I had looked on the internet for what types of cars I would be interested in, I wanted a fair price, plenty of options, and great gas mileage. I was trading in a 2001 Chevy Cavalier LS that I bought while in Arizona on Active Duty and was in good condition but was a base vehicle that had no frills. With the Economy as it was, I wanted affordable gas and payments and my Audi at the time was neither. William Malloy was my sales Rep and he made the process quick and painless, he got me high value for my trade and was able to work with my credit union Tower Federal to get the loan approval and process finished quickly, I met with him for 90 minutes or so, he showed me the car I came to look at and two similar makes and models and then he priced one out that was agreeable on the first go, there was no muss no fuss, no special or shady tactics, he wanted the sale and a return customer and he offered me the best deal. I had to return to work so he told me he would take care of the rest, I returned later that day to sign the final documents and take ownership of my new vehicle. It was a very happy day for me and from inquiry to ownership, it didnt take more than 3hrs tops. I wish I could say I had the same experience at all the dealerships I went to. I owned that car from fall 2008 until Summer 2011. More
