Curtis Ford was very respectful and professional when I came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. The company somehow had ran out of parts but he went to bat for me and made sure my vehicle was take came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. He even assisted me with a loaner car to continue my transportation needs until the job was done. I had to take my Ford Fusion in for some repairs and get it serviced....it was close to going over my 100,000 mile warranty and my car had been acting up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Ford who it serviced....it was close to going over my 100,000 mile warranty and my car had been acting up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Ford who works at the service counter. Curtis went above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever encountered at a dealership. First off, he was extremely polite which is huge, secondly when the technician thought my car was finished Curtis took a look himself and noticed that there were still some issues with the car so he made sure they fixed what I believe was the engine mount block. He could have just said nothing and waited until my warranty expired and then I would have had to pay extra money. Curtis also arranged for a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. In addition, he was up front, honest and it was apparent that his goal was to make sure my car got taken care of. At the end of the day I ended up having to pay a little over $800.000 for some service issues not covered under my warranty but because of Curtis I also saved allot of money. I bought my fusion at the same dealership and from this point on I will be a customer for life at Apple Ford Columbia. Curtis should be running the whole service department in my opinion. The guy just flat out gets it. More

When I was unsure if I wanted another Escape (currently had a 2006 Escape) and I told him I was going to check out a few other cars, he said just to When I was unsure if I wanted another Escape (currently had a 2006 Escape) and I told him I was going to check out a few other cars, he said just to promise I would test drive a 2012 Escape before I signed any papers at another dealer. I tried a Forester and a 2012 RAV4 Limited but when I came back to Apple Ford and drove the 2012 Escape, I knew it was the car for me. (Again) I was picky with the color of both the interior and exterior and it was a couple of days of calling dealers in Maryland and Pennsylvania to get the exact combination I wanted. Though at times I wondered if he didn't want to say "Can't you just take one off our lot???" he never did. Apple Ford gave us good deal on the price of the car and a trade in. We know from having 3 other Ford cars that it will be hassle free to come in through their service department for routine maintanence.That was also a big reason to stick with Apple Ford! Joe has endless energy and his desire to make us happy was evident each time we saw him! More

He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Focus models that I was considering and made the test drive both pleasant and informative. I also worked with Scott Rippy, Theresa Volz, and Jamie Thomas to get my deal done and my car out the door. At every step of the way your sales, customer service, and finance team was friendly, courteous, and respecful of my time. My 2-year old daughter also really enjoyed the play area in your show room while we worked on the deal. In March 2012 I was looking to buy a new full size American pick -up truck. I went to several dealers including Chevrolet , GMC Dodge and Ford. I liked the Ford truck F-150 over all the rest of trucks American pick -up truck. I went to several dealers including Chevrolet , GMC Dodge and Ford. I liked the Ford truck F-150 over all the rest of trucks I had seen. It had more room in the rear seating (supercrew) than the rest . I also liked the fact that the Ford Motor Company did not take any TARP money from the Government .The Ford dealership I went to was Apple Ford in Columbia,Md. The salesman who assisted me was John Allen. He knew the Ford Truck line up very well. He was able and willing to answer all my questions about all the Ford Trucks I was interested in purchasing. He was very polite , respectful and knew his job very well. I told him what I was willing to pay for the type of new F-150 I wanted . He went through all the details and pricing of the different trucks so I could compare (Ball Park Estimates). I test drove a new F-150 the same day to see how ran. Since I was satisfied with the way the truck ran but wanted certain special items in it. So I ordered my new truck from the factory the same day . I also met with Lindsey Dawson who was handling the after market items I wanted on my truck . She also was extremely helpful and a down to earth type of person , a pleasure to talk with . My salsman John Allen was a big reason of why I decided to purchase my truck at Apple Ford . Linsey Dawson also was helpful to me and was another reason for me to buy my new truck at Apple Ford. The entire staff I encountered at Apple Ford (especially John Allen) were extremely helpful to me and all were respectful and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle from. It doesn't get any better than this dealership in my opinion. I have bought 4 new vehicles in my life so far .
