This was the second car dealer that I went to after visiting another one that was not willing to work with my budget and wanted to offer me a low price for my trade-in. I had already set up an appointment with John to test drive another vehicle, but I ended up test driving a Ford Fusion that was more of what I needed rather than a more expensive want. I was firm with my budget, and John was able to get me to a price that I found acceptable. He and the rest of the staff were also a lot more pleasant to work with than the other dealership. I have already told people looking for a car to consider this location and I would be more than happy to do business with John and Apple Ford in the future. More
Rob Denell was great and work with me to answer all my questions. I ordered a new car and he was able to find a car on your lot with the paint color that I wanted to see before ordering. Rob stayed in touch during the five weeks before my car was shipped and sent e-mails on its progress here. I am very happy with my decision to buy a Ford. I love my new 2013 Ford Escape. My teen son wants one now (in four years). My daughter has the Ford Focus. We may be a ford family yet. More
The 2013 Escape was the sixth vehicle bought by my family from Will Malloy at Apple Ford in the past three years. Will is straight forward in his approach and knowledgeable of the products he sales. He takes the time to get to know you and is not just looking for the sale. He even found an F-150 for my brother that other dealers told him that Ford didn't make. Even though I am very much a "car guy", I used to hate the whole car buying process. Dealing with Will eliminates the pressure and minimizes the negativeness of the experience. After the sale, Will also makes himself available for any follow-up questions and concerns, and let's me know about new arrivals. Compound the buying experience with the "extras" offered by Apple and I would never consider going anywhere else. More
I have been a customer of Apple Ford for the past 3 years, and have unfortunately seen the customer service decrease each time I have come in. I have browsed the sales floor while waiting for service years, and have unfortunately seen the customer service decrease each time I have come in. I have browsed the sales floor while waiting for service on my Ford Focus, and it has seemed like no-one is interested in being there. The reception I have received to come in for an oil change/tire rotation has been poor at best, and they have had no consideration for my time- don't have a quick lane if it's 3 hrs for an oil change. But I am very happy with my 2 visits in the past month. I have encountered Curtis Ford both times, and he has not only been very knowledgeable (tire problem & bluetooth hookup), but does not seem like it's a bother to do his job(which I'm not even sure those 2 things applied to him, but it didn't seem to matter- the customer mattered first). His friendliness has given me hope that Apple Ford is headed back in the right direction. More
Don is very friendly, and knowledgable. I have been to several financial institutions to get a fair interest rate, Don was able to secure a very favorable interest interest for a USED car. I am an immediate family member of a retired Ford employee of 34 years. As such, I make use of the discount afforded by the retirement package. When I arrive at the dealer, my intent is one of two things: service for my existing vehicle, or to make a purchase. If I am making a purchase, I do my research beforehand and always come equipped to ask for what I want. If the variant of my chosen vehicle isn't available (which is typically the case) then I place an order to the factory. Unlike typical customers, I am patient, and I make sure to inform the sales person that 1) I am using a discount plan, and 2) my decision is final. Therefore, with the terms made plain and clear, it would be pretty difficult to ruin the purchase. In other words, the staff would have to deliberately drop the ball to earn an unfavorable rating. The people I met were polite and courteous, and I appreciated the check that was made for my out-of-state vehicle trade-in, saving me great suffering from the MVA. I also believe the terms of my financing were favorable. More

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and service and Curtis was a joy to work with. He had a large number of customers to assist this particular morning and he still managed to give each of us the r and Curtis was a joy to work with. He had a large number of customers to assist this particular morning and he still managed to give each of us the required amount of attention. He even went out of his way to look up some data and part numbers for an issue with my car not related to the oil change. Curtis is very knowledgable about Ford, the cars and his customer service skills are beyond reproach! If anyone can restore our faith in service at the American auto dealerships it would be Curtis! I hope that when I return I will be lucky to have him as an associate again! More
