My experience with Apple was great! Curtis Ford ensured that all was handled in an equitable manner with my Lincoln warrantied part and service. TriState Collison Center replaced my front bumber and then handed off the "wind noise" problem to Curtis stating it was a recalled windshield issue. It was early in the morning of 2/16/13, when Joe responded to my earlier e-mail. I told him I am coming for a visit and possibly driving an explorer. He immediately showed his pleasure with conversation. After we met with Joe, we found him very pleasant, knowlegeable about the car we intended to buy/lease. After a short drive, we decided to lease the explorer and from there Joe spearheaded the process and made it so smooth and pleasant, that he made us friends for life with him and apple ford too. He was able to explain all details of new technology and actually setting it up for us while we were there. The entire process was so pleasant that we forgot how much time we spent there. The required service is explainded and i have never been upsold or talked into having any work done that was not needed/required. So a huge thank you to Allan for his continued courtesy, honesty and assistance. Today my vehicle required repair to the high pressure power steering hose, On today's particular repair I worked with Curtis Ford. When repairs were completed, unforseen extended warranty issues arose. Without hesitation Curtis jumped to action. He made sure that the repairs were covered the result being a savings of several hundred dollars to me. When i thanked him he explained he was. " just doing the right thing"How refreshing and what a great and positive experience!!!!!!!!, I wish other service providers i dealt with on a daily basis shared his integrity,ethics, caring and empathy for the customer that Curtis exhibited, A huge thank you to Curtis Ford. When it comes to where to take my Ford Expedition in for service I literally have unlimited choices. i dont have to take it to the dealer, But because of the outstanding service and fair treatment i recieve i am loyal to Apple Ford. I bring my Ford to Apple because of the people there. People like Allan and Curtis. I buy Ford and Lincoln vehicles for the very same reason. Purchasing my car from Apple Ford was a great buying experience. Will and I discussed the vehicle over the phone in great detail. The customer service and financing teams were great to work with. I have bought several new and used vehicles and this was by far the easiest purchasing experience. I've also purchased cars from CarMax due to the perceived ease of buying, but working with Will was easier and he was the most knowledgeable sales associate I've dealt with. Finally the after purchase service of free oil changes, car washes and tire rotations sealed everything. Spending a couple of hours at Apple Ford had me drive off in a new F150 and completely satisfied. I highly recommend working with Will Malloy! More
