Last week my car decided to die while I was heading to work on the highway. I was able to make it to Apple Ford and was greeted by Curtis Ford. Although I did not have an appointment, Curtis signed me in work on the highway. I was able to make it to Apple Ford and was greeted by Curtis Ford. Although I did not have an appointment, Curtis signed me in and advised me it may be take some time for my car to be checked because the Service Dept was booked up. I thanked him and my husband picked me up. Curtis continued to follow-up with me via telephone and advised me that my car needed a new PC. He ordered the parts but they would not be in until Monday. He also Informed me that he had reserved a rental car for me. Originally Curtis thought my total charges would be about $300 but to my surprise when I picked up my car on 7/17/13, the balance owed was $81(covered under warranty). In addition to Curtis' exceptional customer service, that made my day. I purchased my used vehicle from Apple Ford in November of 2011 and the service was not great and I vowed never to purchase another vehicle from Apple again but the service I received from Curtis and everyone in the Service Department has changed my mind.
